The conference was organized in partnership with the French Consulate General in Shenyang, Dalian CCPIT, Dalian Federation of Trade and Industry and Dalian City Council.

100 Chinese companies were present as well as many media, press and TV.

Jean-Charles SIMON presented French regulations and investment opportunities in France.
